Our Capabilities

Offering full design and manufacturing solutions for composite sheet, all able to be profiled and fully finished in-house.

Constructed from pre-preg materials with quasi-isotropic laminate to achieve the highest strength, our composite sheet is pressed in our high pressure heated platen press. We can offer:

  • Full carbon QI sheet
  • Double A side sheet with 3k twill high gloss finish
  • Our standard stocked range in sheet sizes 1200mm x 1000mm
  • Stocked thickness’: 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm
  • Standard range is available for quick delivery

Working with our highly technical team we can custom design and manufacture composite sheet/parts as required for your project:

  • Sheets can be pressed with specified materials and laminate stacks
  • We can provide thickness’ up to 50mm and in some cases higher
  • Larger sheets can be pressed up to 2400mm x 1500mm
  • We can offer different finishes including gloss, matte, peel-ply and more to meet your requirements

We can offer full machining, assembly and finishing solutions for your composite sheet:

  • Ability to profile parts in-house on wide range of CNC machines
  • We operate full nesting capability to reduce wastage and optimise cost
  • We can offer fast lead times on machined parts, with delivery often less than a week
